Problem
Our agency manages digital strategy for numerous ambulatory surgery centers. These centers typically don’t require large, complex websites—just clear, accessible information with consistent structure. However, each site still needs to reflect the individual brand. We needed a repeatable web framework that allowed for rapid development, easy customization, and early client alignment on branding and structure.
Solution
I designed and built a Figma-based website template system with interchangeable branding elements—allowing us to quickly spin up site previews that reflect each center's unique logo, color palette, and team. This interactive prototype helps stakeholders visualize the final product early in the process and streamlines alignment on brand elements, even before the development phase begins.

Built-in Doctor Content Blocks
Each site includes dedicated areas to feature doctors and decision-makers. These modular sections make it easy to personalize each center’s content while reinforcing credibility and human connection—a key request from physicians and leadership teams.

Location & Contact as Anchors
Many surgery centers are under construction during the website process. The template includes clearly defined placeholders for address and contact information, which not only acts as a guide for what’s needed but also helps stakeholders stay organized as the practice comes together.

Job Listings Made Simple
Staffing is often in progress during site development. To support recruitment, we included an easy-to-manage job listing section that centers can activate as soon as positions open—ensuring that the website supports hiring as well as patient care.

Conclusion
This system provides a scalable, brand-aligned starting point for surgery centers. It speeds up development timelines, helps clients visualize their site earlier, and keeps the content-gathering process focused. By aligning stakeholders early and providing visual clarity throughout, we’re able to launch cleaner, faster, and with greater consistency—saving time on both sides of the project.
